I purchased a ketone meter to get a quantifiable measure of how i was doing on the Keto diet.  My ketones measured at 0.9 yesterday- 0.5 -> 1.5 is light ketosis....  I've read that 1.5 -> 3.0 is ideal.  I'm not sure how to move it higher as i have not knowingly been cheating on the assigned keto diet.

This morning i weighed on the scale at 228.3.  My glucose average for all 4 meals is below 100- which is a 15-20 pt drop from my 2020 averages.

I also did the first mm wavelength treatment yesterday and noticed zero difference- which leads me to my point today....

I've now completed 10 of the 24 treatments.  Since starting treatment with Dr Thai's practice at Advanced Nerve and Health, I've seen notable weight loss and laudible improvements in glucose- but still minimal to no changes in the way my fingers and toes feel on a daily basis.

To be entirely fair- when i started treatment, it seemed to be a 24x7 constant and now it feels better/worse at different times of the day.   I don't know if it is because things are changing or if it is because they have trained me to be more aware of how i am feeling throughout the day.

I'm trying to have faith in the treatment plan and not get discouraged, but I'll be transparent and say I am disheartened.  I'm only 2 treatments from the halfway point, so i had earnestly hoped to feel better than i do now.

I have done absolutely everything they have asked as instructed (supplements, home light therapy, diet control, office visits)... so I'm unsure what I'm missing.
