Day 19 - Jan 9

I discovered they sell highly overpriced sugar-free candy that tastes really good, and i also learned that too much of that candy doesn't do good things at all.   I'll spare the graphic details.  I'll simply say that when i eat more, i still need to exercise great discretion and limit how many pieces i eat- sugar free or not. 

In other news, the end of my toes on my left foot actually actually almost normal tonight.  The base of the toes where it connects to the foot still tingles a lot, and the right foot does too as do all my fingers.... but this is a good change.
