Day 5 - Christmas

I really need Christmas and the new year to be in the rear view mirror so i can have less temptation.  My failure to be strict with my diet yesterday showed up on the scale today.  Even today, i still ate "two" breakfasts, and i ate two small cookies- together smaller than my palm- but the homemade cranberry+white chocolate+macadamia nut+oatmeal brought delightful bliss.  I had the will power to pass on the mini-tacos the family ate for dinner, but i wasn't happy about it.   Their dinner smelled so much better than mine.  :-(

Breakfast : assigned supplement shake + fritata & bacon
Lunch: Salad (lettuce, bell peppers,  cheddar cheese, turkey, fried jalapenos), 2 small cookies
Dinner: chicken leg+thigh, cucumbers, raw carrots, olives stuffed with garlic

Exercise: easy family walk for 20 minutes

Glucose: 99 (breakfast), --* (lunch), 100 (dinner), 107 (bedtime)

Weight: 238.3
