Day 11
Today is New Years Eve. I had another session today (#4). Nothing particularly notable or different. I was excited today to finish the year at my lowest weight in more than 6 year. The line at the bottom is for 2020.
Breakfast: nutrition shake as assigned
Lunch: Double meat/double cheese/double bacon whataburger - no bun
Dinner - finger foods (shrimp, salami, cheese, raw broccoli, raw carrots, celery, hummus)
